International pedagogy must be the key issue of the new millennium. By taking advantage of new technology and innovations, we have the opportunity to make independent thinking and leadership a unified and ubiquitous endeavor. More than at any previous time in history, an international, annually selected congress has the potential to unite the world's academic factions to create an ongoing consortium that will assure that education and learning return to a priority status for children, their families, their parents and their teachers.
